As a founding member, Head of Creative and UX at bitHuman, I had a dual mandate: to create the brand from the ground up, from logo to website, and to build the front end of the product. Moving at the speed of AI startups, we defined each agent’s look, personality, and context they appear in, emphasizing fun, ease of use and accessibility. I also built the foundation for the product UX and UI, leading the team through the front end implementation of both web-based and onsite retail products. I co-led partnerships with our Head of Sales, striking a pitch to IBM Innovation’s clients in London, and a close relationship with Pereira O’Dell’s Silverside AI.
